Our experienced watchmakers apply their specialized knowledge to examine each watch in detail and carry out any necessary repairs with precision. Meanwhile, our polishers guarantee that every watch is in perfect visual condition before it is handed over to the customer. Through this all-encompassing service, we ensure each timepiece leaving our facility is in flawless technical and aesthetic condition. Our Customer Relations Team consists of four dedicated employees who are available beyond typical industry hours, passionately committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction. Logistics

The logistics department at Zeitauktion GmbH plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth business operations. Using modern technology, we carefully monitor secure storage and track every watch’s journey within our facility, documenting it at each stage. In our professionally equipped logistics area, a team of three dedicated employees meticulously inspects all incoming shipments and prepares each purchased watch for dispatch. In collaboration with our watchmakers—who perform a final quality check—the team ensures that every watch meets the highest standards before it is securely packaged and shipped, fully insured, via courier.

Alongside preparing items for shipment, the team also manages customs clearance to facilitate seamless international deliveries. Thanks to our efficient processes and strong partnerships with reliable shipping providers, we guarantee prompt and punctual deliveries every day.

IT Administration 

Our IT department is the technological backbone of Zeitauktion GmbH. The team is responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing the digital infrastructure that underpins our smooth and secure online platform operations.

With a focus on innovation and efficiency, our IT specialists work tirelessly to scale and improve internal systems, enabling us to offer our customers a first-class, user-friendly, and secure shopping experience. Accounting

By having an in-house accounting department, we can quickly and directly access all of our company’s financial data. This significantly improves resource control and planning and ensures a high degree of financial transparency. Through the self-managed preparation of monthly business analyses (BWA) and the use of DATEV software, our financial data is efficiently recorded and evaluated, supporting well-informed decision-making.

Close integration of the accounting function within the company ensures financial data is always up to date and readily accessible. Moreover, handling our own payroll in-house reduces administrative overhead and minimizes the potential for errors in salary processing.
